Discobolo Tee Design Review.

The Discobolo tee design is for Breaking Bad fans that appreciate ancient Greek art.

The Discobolus of Myron is a Greek sculpture.

The concept for the Discobolo tee is based on the Discobolus of Myron statue (shown above)which features a nude discus thrower. Here Walter White as Heisenberg in his underwear winds up in order to throw a pizza. This is because in season 3 of Breaking Bad, Walter throws a Pizza onto his roof and it stays there for the entire episode (shown below). A simple idea done well.

As for the artwork, Walters features are added to the drawing of the statue. The color mimics a cartoon statue but it doesn't provide any realistic texture. The shading is alright and good enough for a funny tee. No distracting background or design elements, not even a pedestal or stand.

This must have Breaking Bed tee would make a a funny addition to any fan's collection.

I wouldn't recommend it as a school garment with the Breaking Bad reference.

A: That was the world’s largest pizza. I had never seen a pizza that big before. It was a real pizza, and they really serve it. And they were prepared with special effects, a lightweight rubber pizza, there was a prop guy ready to pull a fake pizza up to the roof. We had all kinds of things ready to go. But I said, let me just try it. So, I’m coming out and I’m pissed and I fling the pizza and I didn’t even look at it. I fling the pizza and I get in the car and I drive away. And I did all that and I hear clapping as I’m driving back. I look up and there’s the pizza. They said if they had marked where would be the optimal place for the pizza to land, it would be where it landed. One of those freak accidents that’s like “Here it is, we did it! There it is!” And sure enough, they said “let’s do another take,” and it never happened again.

Breaking Park Tee Design Review.

The Breaking Park tee design is for the Breaking Bad and South Park fans. Fitting, since the South Park franchise does have a Breaking Bad Easter egg in the South Park: The Stick of Truth video game. This mash up parody is just as funny and awesome, go Butters.

The concept is simply re-imagining the four main South Park kids and their school bus stop with a Breaking Bad theme. As far as mashing up the characters one would need to choose who is who very wisely in order to execute the idea well. Of course Cartman with his similar body shape is Hank Schrader, Kyle as a Heisenberg (based on the hat), Kenny as his own head playing Tortuga's head on a turtle and Stan as Jesse Pinkman (again based on the hat). I'd have to say that Donnie chose the characters very wisely. The background features the Crystal Ship (RV) and the South Park sign has been replaced with a Breaking Park sign for more of a Breaking Bad vibe.

As for the artwork, the style is emulating South Park. The colors and lack of shading is true to that style. The layout is taken from any bus stop scene featuring the South Park boys. The way the Breaking Bad character likenesses were applied does both franchises justice.

Wear this tee to Comic-Cons or in your mom's basement. This is a fifty fifty mash up so fans of both franchises will be happy to add the Breaking Park tee to their collections. This probably isn't appropriate as school clothes for children though since both South Park and Breaking Bad are meant for mature audiences. Wearer and Parental discretion is advised.

The Breaking Bed tee design is for Breaking Bad fans and those people who do not take life too seriously.

This parody concept is a pun obviously. There is something comical about watching a grown man like Heisenberg jump up and down on a bed like a kid. In this case it is because it makes the criminal mastermind seem idiotic.

As for the artwork, it is a well colored cartoon with minimum shading. The character likeness could be better. Other fabric colors would had been nice as to allow the design elements such as the bed to stand out more. Also the font could use some work, the actual Breaking Bad font would had been better.

This Breaking Bed tee would make a a funny addition to any fan's collection. I wouldn't say it is a must have though.

I wouldn't recommend it as a school garment with the Breaking Bad reference.

The Knowledge Rules tee design is for the Breaking Bad,The Big Bang Theory and Game of Thronesfans and anyone who likes or gets the "The Good, The Bad, The Ugly" reference as well.

This concept is a parody of "The Good, The Bad, The Ugly" only with who knows what from other franchises. Walter White aka Heisenberg of Breaking Bad "Knows Chemistry", Dr. Sheldon Cooper of The Big Bang Theory "Knows Physics" and the bastard Jon Snow "Knows Nothing". I must say that it is cool as Hell to have these four completely different fandoms all on one tee. The theme of Knowledge is the only way that I could see it done too so kudos RicoMambo.

As for the artwork, while the layout is derivative, the art features monochromatic green portraits with awesome shading provide great character likenesses based on actual video stills. Each franchise's text is also done in their own stylized title fonts.

Like other Breaking Bad or even Game of Thrones tees. I wouldn't recommend it as a school garment as it's not appropriate for kids.

Wear this tee to a Comic-Con or wherever you'd like to stir up a conversation about any of the shows.

The Heisenberg Self Portrait tee design is for the fans of the Breaking Bad franchise.

Triple Self by Norman Rockwell

The concept is based on Norman Rockwell's painting Triple Self Portrait (shown above) but it features Walter White from the hit television series Breaking Bad at different phases of the character's development. The Rockwell painting itself has been parodied many times over especially in the T-shirt world featuring characters like The Joker, Doctor Who, the Green Power Ranger and so on and so forth.

The artwork is a nice but it is a more simplified cartoon version of the original painting. Each piece of the original painting has a Breaking Bad counterpart as a reference to the T.V. series. Such as: The Crystal Ship (the rolling meth lab RV) instead of the eagle and American Flag ornamental mirror frame, the gas mask instead of the helmet and portraits of other characters instead of self portraits of other famous artists to name a few. Being a screen printed tee the colors are limited and the shading is next to non-existent unlike in the original painting that is being parodied.

Science Club Tee Design Review.

The Science Club tee design is for science buffs and Breaking Bad fans that can't can't get enough of like-minded pop culture characters.

When Walter organized the first ever meeting of the Fictional Scientists Club he didn’t think there’d be much of a turnout, especially since Doctor Frankenstein claimed he was coming in from Transylvania to attend the meeting, but all kinds of characters actually showed up. There was that softheaded scientist Bunsen Honeydew, that quirky young physicist who kept saying bazinga, a sinister cephalopod of a man with metal arms attached to his back, a Doc Brown who claimed he’d been back in time, a cold hearted fellow named Freeze and good old Albie Einstein, cartoon version of Albert. They were all in awe of Mr. White's chemistry skills, and thought he'd probably be voted Most Likely To Succeed, but when he shared his recipe for blue crystals with the club their jaws dropped to the floor...

The concept is to take a bunch of fictional scientists and put them in a room together, with Walter White as the center of attention. Would they approve or cheer him on? Either way this Breaking Bad fan tee is meant remind everyone of Walter's super chemistry skills and his super villain mindset.

As for the artwork, it is clean and professional. White and Blue inks are the only colors used and the color of the fabric blank feels in the rest. The highlights and shading are great for a cartoon and each character's likeness is spot on. Walter's backside is facing us and is complete shadow with highlights providing the non meth clues to his identity. The design is balanced well and is very pelasing to the eye.

This Science Club tee would make a great gift for the science buffs and Breaking Bad fans. Bonus if they happen to like the other fandoms that are included. Such as Spider-Man, The Big Bang Theory, Batman, The Muppets, Back To The Future, and of course Einstein (real or cartoon version).

While this tee is comical, I wouldn't recommend it as a school garment with the Breaking Bad references. Other than that, this will make a great t-shirt for any casual occasion.

The Mr White Walker tee design is for the Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad fans because.

This concept is a play on Walter's surname being White and the cold ass zombie things North of the Wall from Game of Thrones called White Walkers. That and Mr. White's heart is cold as ice. Both are villains. They both know a thing or 2 about "ice". So it works on a few levels.

As for the artwork, it blends Walter's face with that of a White Walker. It looks like the Threshold function of Photoshop was used in the creation of this design. There is no color to this tee except for the solid Blue used for the irises. It would had looked better if some rods and cones were added to the eyes using some other Blue hues. There is shading but there is no gradients hence my "threshold" comment. The graphic is simple and straightforward. Making it a clean design that is ideal for a tee. Not a lot of detail but a lot is not needed.

Like other Breaking Bad or even Game of Thrones tees. I wouldn't recommend it as a school garment as it's not appropriate for kids.

The Where's Walt tee design is for the Breaking Bad fans that thought mashing Walter White up with Where's Waldo would be a good and funny idea. Guilty!

This concept is solid. It has an awesome balance of Waldo and Walter elements. Waldo Shirt, Walter underpants. Waldo glasses and head shape, Walter's facial features. The Hazmat Jumpsuit and shovel, pink teddy bear, Blue Sky, Los Pollos Hermanos rubber chicken, gas mask, shades, pork pie hat and ricin filled cigarette in a pack are nice little extras. But the big barrel of money with the words "Where's Walt" and "The Meth Journey" is just generous. It is based on the episode where Walt goes on the run from the law in the entitled Granite State.

As for the artwork, Harantula did a good job making Waldo look Walt like. The colors are great and the shading is good enough though not complete. The Waldo pose is what delivers this tee to awesomeness.

A funny tee for any Breaking Bad tee that grew up that enjoyed the Where's Waldo books and cartoon.

The Episode 4 A New Formula tee design is for the Breaking Bad and Star Wars fans.

The concept is more of a parody than it is a mash up. Luckily, because it would just be outright stupid to combine the two as a mashup. Seems like anything and everything is mashed together at some point. With this, 5 of the Breaking Bad characters are spoofing the Star Wars episode 4: A New Hope movie poster (shown below). Walter White is holding up a beaker of his famous blue sky meth instead of Luke Skywalker holding up a lightsaber. Skyler White, holding a cigarette sits at his feet, instead of Princess Leia Organa standing while holding a blaster. Gustavo Fring is the shadowy face in space instead of Darth Vader's trademarked helmet. Instead of R2D2 and C3PO in the background there is Saul Goodman and Jesse Pinkman. An explosion of a 747's replaces the tie fighters as the pink teddy bear free falls from the midair collision. The location is pretty much the same in both scenes a desert landscape give or take a few details depending on the franchise.

Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope Poster

As for the artwork, it is damn good. Almost perfect in fact. Saul Goodman's face has a shadow on the opposite side than everyone else's and that is the only thing wrong with it. To be fair, he is trying to match C3PO's lighting rather than focus on his own creation. I'm not taking away a point for that as I am the only one that would notice or get annoyed by it. FIX IT NINJAINK! The textures in this piece are outstanding. As are the colors. The fact that everything stays true to Breaking Bad is again, a smart move. This is one of the best jobs for capturing the characters' likenesses as Ninajink is not afraid to add any details.

This Episode 4 A New Formula tee will make a nice gift for the Breaking Bad fans. Even some Star Wars fans would appreciate it.

Meth Fiction Tee Design Review.

The Meth Fiction tee design is for Breaking Bad and Pulp Fiction fans.

Pulp Fiction

The concept is great. The Pulp Fiction characters of Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield (seen above) are replaced by Badger and Skinny Pete of Breaking Bad. This is my favorite version of the numerous Pulp Fiction parody/mashups out there.

As for the artwork, this one adds a bit of color and references one of the coolest scenes of Breaking Bad with the laser pointers and characters. It also shows more details with the shading of the faces than the other ones do. That basically sums up what can possibly be said about this design.

While this is the Pulp Fiction pose it is definitely more of a Breaking Bad fan tee.

Manny Peters executed this design perfectly, both franchises have their characters personalities showing through with the facial expressions and the right amount of references.
