The concept is to show Harleen Quinzel's (Harley Quinn) mugshot acting as one would imagine that she would with her tongue sticking out. This idea has been done a few times and this is one of the better ones available. The text on the design reads "Good Girls go to Heaven Bad Girls go to Arkham." which is playful and a bit spunky. Which makes me think that it is more of a women's design. It has enough of Harley's personality to make it a good choice for any fan's wardrobe.

As for the artwork, the style is somewhere between the comic book and cartoon. Red, Black, White and Blonde (Yellow) are appropriate Harley Quinn Colors. The shading is minimum as there is some in the hair and some tone variation for her nose. The layout is also square/rectangle. It would look better if the fabric were the backdrop instead of the white square. As for the exact version of Harley that this is, that is a tough one. It looks like it is a combination of her many looks she is wearing an eye mask, but she is shown having blonde hair in pigtails without the jester's hat. Like part video game Harley and Part Suicide Squad perhaps.

Bottom Line

The products and retailer Neatoshop are definitely high quality with a better price than most of the other Print On Demand services ($15.95 – $19.95 range for Tees, $29.95 for Long Sleeves, $45-50 for Hoodies). Most of the designs can be found elsewhere but the color and print quality will be weak in comparison. The brand of blanks that they use are Hanes and Next Level from the samples that I’ve seen, they have others depending on the color and style. It is nice to have fabric color options as each design usually has a few choices to choose from, so that is a major plus. There are plenty of sizes and styles as well. As for the printing method, they use the Digital Print or Direct To Garment (DTG) technique. Their methods with their printer are as close as possible to the traditional Screen Printed results. This means that their ink is laid on thick and their ink colors are bold and not muted like it is at most of their Print On Demand competitors. That is a big deal so the print method gets a 5 star rating, especially when taking the price into consideration. We feel that this Bad Girls Go To Arkham Tee is a worthy purchase and therefore should not result in any buyer’s remorse.
